How It Works

Welcome to The Grocery Company of Steamboat, offering efficient, reliable and friendly grocery and beverage delivery services.

We will deliver your order to your place of lodging, in most cases before you arrive. Items are individually priced and the delivery fee is still only $35 ($50 Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years and New Years Eve) and a 10% delivery/driver gratuity. Shopping is easy using our online store, and you will know just how much you are spending as you place your order. Special requests can be added during the checkout process. Upon completion of your finalized order we will bill your provided payment information no later than day of delivery.

Orders will be billed no later than the date of delivery, and may be cancelled with no charge if done so by 9 am MST at least 2 days prior to arrival. A 50% re-stocking fee will be assessed if cancellation is less than 2 days before, with an 80% fee if the order is cancelled on the day of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

We will plan on delivering to your unit prior to your arrival; however the timing of our access is often determined by the Housekeeping requirements at the property. Please remember to notify your credit card company of our charges at least 3 days in advance of your arrival to Steamboat Springs.
Include one extra day to you travel plan when talking to your credit card company to prevent your order from being delayed.
